Mission Statement

The Council for Citizens Against Government Waste Political Action Committee (CCAGW PAC) attempts to influence the outcome of elections to public office as part of the organization’s mission to promote fiscal responsibility and eliminate waste, fraud and abuse at all levels of the federal government.  CCAGW PAC closely monitors voting records and reviews candidate questionnaires to determine which candidates will best represent the taxpayers.

CCAGW PAC does not endorse a candidate for every congressional race because politicians often talk about fiscal responsibility but many fail to follow up with meaningful action.  CCAGW PAC carefully scrutinizes candidates and works to elect only those that share the views of our membership.

CCAGW PAC is a voluntary, nonprofit, unincorporated, political committee that is connected to CCAGW, a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to eliminating waste and inefficiency in government through nonpartisan public education programs and lobbying activities.
